Itinerary

  • Meet your guide at Hiroshima Station (in front of the Information Center near the Shinkansen ticket gate).

  • Take a bus to Shukkeien Garden.

  • Visit Shukkeien Garden, a historic landscape garden symbolizing Hiroshima’s cultural heritage.

  • Walk to Hiroshima Nagarekawa Church.

  • Walk to Catholic Noborimachi Church and the Memorial Cathedral for World Peace, a church dedicated to Hiroshima’s post-war recovery and peace efforts.

  • Take a streetcar to Hiroshima Orizuru Tower.

  • Visit the Hypocenter Shima Hospital A-bomb damage explanation board, and walk through Peace Memorial Park.

  • Walk to the workshop space, a cafe in ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima. You walk between the following spots; – Peace Bridge – Former Bank of Japan Hiroshima Branch – Shirakami Shrine – Former Kokutaiji Atago Pond

  • Paper craft workshop. Create a paper flower from recycled origami crane paper.

  • The tour ends at the cafe in ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima.
