Overview

On this valuable program you learn about the spirit of Bushido and gain insights into the way of life of the samurai, exploring the meaning and signficance of the Seven Virtues of Bushido. Through the example of local lord Kikkawa Motoharu, you reflect on what it truly means to be a samurai. You’ll lessons discover and values from history that are still relevant today. Through swordsmanship practice in full armor, you learn the importance of mental focus and discipline. Then you enjoy a samurai meal at a nearby traditional Japanese restaurant.

Itinerary

  • Meet your guide in front of the photo shooting studio in Hiroshima City.

  • Change into costume. Experience the skill and spirit of the Samurai in a sword-fighting experience and studio photo session.

  • Board a private car to Hiroshima Castle.

  • Outdoor photo session.

  • Return to the studio by a private car, and change clothes. Tour ends at the studio.
