Sera Highland Farm is located in the centre of Hiroshima Prefecture on a highland plateau ideal for growing flowers. The rolling fields of this huge park are planted with masses of flowers that bloom in turn in each season including weeping cherry blossoms, tulips, sunflowers, dahlias, moss phlox, wisteria, roses, and hollyhocks. The massed arrays of these flowers are an unusual sight and are highly photogenic. On winter nights, the park is lit up creating a remarkably romantic spectacle.
