Sunrise Itoyama

Sunrise Itoyama is a multipurpose facility on the Shikoku side of the Shimanami Kaidō. It’s located in Imabari at the southern end of the Kurushima Straits Bridge.

The facility has two car parks, a tourist information desk, toilets, a hotel, a restaurant, a public bath, showers, lockers, a coin laundry, and all sorts of bicycles for hire. The bicycles can be returned either to Sunrise Itoyama, or to any of the bicycle rental stations along the Shimanami Kaidō cycling route.

The Sunrise Itoyama building is an attractive structure of glass and steel, and a spacious lounge offers a fantastic view of the Kurushima Straits and its bridge.
