Oge Island

This peculiarly shaped island in the inland sea just north of Naruto forms another little inland sea of its own. The island carries the expressway that links Shikoku to Honshu, and it’s also home to the Ōtsuka Museum of Art. The whirlpools of Naruto can be seen from here.

Oge Island is the eastern border of the small Naruto Uchinoumi inland sea. The inner and outer coasts of the island are a base for sea-kayaking and other marine sports.
