Sakaide is the city from where the Seto Bridge crosses the Seto Inland Sea to Kurashiki in Okayama Prefecture. Besides the bridge, one of the longest of its kind in the world, another landmark is the distinctively-shaped Mt. Iino. Sakaide is a port of call for international cruise ships.
